Born in Lyon, the cradle of great chefs like Paul Bocuse and Daniel Boulud, Alexis Grea was raised in a family passionate about cooking, where long meals brought everyone together. From a young age he knew he would open his own place — a welcoming space where he could share joy through his creations. Committed to excellence, he crafts each pastry and bread with meticulous care, and believes that everyone who crosses the bakery’s threshold should feel at home and have a comforting time.
